What is GAICC and how does ProCert work with GAICC?
The Global AI Certification Council (GAICC) issues vendor-neutral credentials in AI governance and information security. ProCert is a GAICC Affiliate Partner. Enrol through ProCert at the published package price on each GAICC course page — for the self-paced package, our price is shown beside the typical listed price so you can compare before checkout. GAICC still delivers the training content, examination and certification. You also get local enrolment support in Malaysia, and approved programmes can be claimed under HRD Corp.
How do I choose the right certification?

What does the PMP exam involve?
The PMP exam is 180 questions over 240 minutes. It covers three domains: People (33%), Process (41%) and Business Environment (26%). The updated exam launched on 9 July 2026.
What score is needed to pass a Scrum.org assessment?
The passing score for a Scrum.org assessment is 85%.
Is a second Scrum.org assessment attempt included?
The official assessment is included. A complimentary second attempt applies only when the first attempt is taken within 14 days of the course and does not reach the 85% passing score.
Can my organisation claim HRD Corp levy?
If your organisation contributes to the Human Resource Development Fund, our programmes are registered as claimable under SBL-Khas. Employer eligibility, approval and timing remain subject to current HRD Corp rules. Contact us for a quotation and the documentation your HR team needs for eTRiS.
Do you train teams as well as individuals?
